FreeInteract is run by one person, so there is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email is the fastest route and everything lands in the same inbox. Expect a reply within 2 working days.

What to include
A puzzle is broken or unfair
Send the puzzle link or its name. Scenes that fail a fairness check are repaired or unpublished, and knowing which one saves us a lot of searching.
Something on the site doesn't work
Tell us the page, your device and browser, and what happened. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
Image rights and takedowns
If you believe an image is used without permission, include the puzzle link. It is taken down while we check, not after.
Theme and feature suggestions
Which scenes you would like to see, or what would make the games better. Suggestions genuinely decide what gets drawn next.
Press and advertising
Interviews, coverage, and advertising or sponsorship enquiries all reach the same inbox.
Privacy requests
Questions about what is stored, or a request to remove a leaderboard entry. Include the nickname you used.
