Terms and conditions
Last updated 14 September 2026. By using freeinteract.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Who provides this service
freeinteract.com is operated from the Netherlands. Questions about these terms go to hello@freeinteract.com.
Free use, no account
All puzzles are free to play for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. No registration is required and no payment is taken. The site is funded by advertising, and using it implies acceptance that advertising is displayed alongside the content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the site, its servers or other players' use of it;
- scrape, copy or redistribute puzzle scenes, generated images or page content in bulk;
- use automated tools, scripts or modified clients to solve puzzles or submit scores;
- attempt to access administrative areas or any data that is not yours;
- submit nicknames that are abusive, hateful, obscene, or impersonate another person.
We may remove content or block access where these rules are broken, without notice where the breach is clear.
Leaderboard and fair play
Leaderboard entries are voluntary. Submitting a time means you solved that puzzle yourself, in the browser, without automation. Entries that are impossible for the puzzle in question, duplicated, or attached to an unacceptable nickname will be removed, and repeated abuse may result in a block.
Because there are no accounts, leaderboard positions cannot be transferred or recovered if you clear your browser data.
Your progress is stored on your device
Solved puzzles, best times, streaks and your nickname are stored in your own browser. We cannot restore them if they are lost, and we make no promise that progress will persist across devices, browsers or after you clear your browser data.
Intellectual property
The puzzle scenes, generated artwork, photographs, the generator and validation code, the written guides and articles, the FreeInteract name and the site design are owned by us or licensed to us. You may play the puzzles and share links to them freely, including screenshots and results on social media.
You may not republish, resell, bundle or redistribute the puzzles or artwork, or use them in another product or app, without written permission. If you would like to license content, ask — the answer is often yes.
If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email us with the specific link and it will be taken down while the claim is reviewed.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for advertising and audience measurement, described in our privacy policy. Advertisements may link to sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Puzzles, packs, difficulty tiers and features may be added, changed, unpublished or removed at any time, including puzzles that fail a later fairness review.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress or leaderboard entries, or for any damage arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes fall to its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country of residence give you a different right.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
